Small group training is a fantastic way to work out with your mom friends in a semi-private setting. Surrounded by other moms to hold you accountable and support you as you navigate the latest chapter of your motherhood journey, this option is perfect for anyone not quite ready for a full group class. Whether you’re in the immediate postpartum phase, trying to ease back into working out, or simply looking to meet new mom friends, this program has you covered.

Working out isn’t new to you, but finding the time to plan a workout—or battling decision fatigue when you finally get the chance—can be a challenge. This 6-week postpartum guide is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. All you need is 20 minutes, light dumbbells (or your baby), and a resistance band.
